We absolutely love stopping at this butcher and usually plan around road trips around their open hours.I love being able to select my own piece which is then sliced.There are many pieces to choose from, each at a different stage of being cured.Their drywors has never disappointed, choose between dry or wet.Clear gloves are available so one can pick ones own.There are also other variants available like "babbelas mix" and cabanossi sticks.
The best biltong and boerevors I've found after traveling throughout the entire country. The owner Pete will even do custom cuts and the meat is fantastic. Highly recommend!
The meat is extraordinary.. well packed and vacuum packed so no need freezing before the BBQ. The biltong is awesome and the meat is of high grade. Meaning you won't get worms if it's undercooked. Excellant. Thanks guys.
