DELIVERY

We have partnered with The Courier Guy for nationwide deliveries.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed, misplaced, lost or incorrect deliveries. 

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout stage of your shopping.

Your order will be packed once payment of your order has been received.

Economy delivery may take between 3-5 working days and Express delivery between 2-3 working days.  Delivery times may vary, depending on the day you place your order as well as your delivery location.  Public Holidays and weekends will impact delivery times.

You will receive a notification once your parcel is out for delivery.

RETURNS

Please check all products delivered to you.  Do NOT accept delivery of any product that is visibly damaged. 

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product shows visible signs of unacceptable aging and is inedible, or the product received is not what you have ordered, please follow the returns instructions below.

Log a return, by sending a Request Return email to shop@mooi1stopbutchery.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the product, including images and reasons for the request to return.  Please also include a copy of your invoice.

Products can only be returned to Mooi 1 Stop Butchery if the product is in its original state and has not been removed from its original packaging.

Once the product has been retuned, it will be inspected, and you will be notified if the product replacement or refund has been approved.  In the case of a refund, it will automatically be made via the original payment method used and may take a few days to reflect.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at any time, up to the point of shipping.

 If you have already paid for the order, and you need to cancel your order, please email shop@mooi1stopbutchery.co.za within 30 minutes of completing your online order.

Once you receive a notification that your order is complete, it is scheduled for shipping and can no longer be cancelled.
